Cutting Ravioli

When Alex lived in San Francisco, he would walk a block to Lucca’s Deli, a popular local Italian deli, to buy a box of hand made ravioli. He probably shopped there once a week to buy ravioli. As a poor sign maker hand made pasta was his one indulgence. He might eat it with pesto or marinara sauce.

The deli was a wedge of space. It was packed with things related to cooking and Italian food. He loved their ravioli. Alex would like to learn how to make ravioli and other pastas. He thinks the cutting tool for ravioli is very cool.
