Listening To The People In His Life

Alex created illustrations of sneakers and shoes worn by many of the people whose paths he crossed. He started with footwear because it defined individual style. Later he moved his focus of the individual through portraiture. He never looked back. Alex included his subjects’ histories in his work. They are business owners, artists, students, and parents. They are smart, confident, and hard workers.
