Pizza Friday

Alex created an animated illustration of Pizza Friday, a weekly tradition. Every week his spouse and he make 2 batches of pizza dough from scratch. The dough is comprised of bread flour, all-purpose flour, salt, yeast, water, and extra virgin olive oil. After the dough is proved, they add their favorite toppings. So far, they are consistent. One pizza has mushrooms, wilted greens, and scallions with feta cheese. Tomatoes and mozzarella cheese cover the other. After a week of work they enjoy their pizzas while they watch the Great British Bake Off or Top Chef or some other competition show.
