In October 2024, I participated in an online challenge. The prompts were related to food. completing an illustrated portrait every day for a whole month. It was such a fun and rewarding experience that I decided to take it a step further and create a small collection of artwork with a specific theme. I chose to focus on the founding fathers of the United States who didn’t sign the U.S. Constitution but played a crucial role in drafting it. Guess what? I stumbled upon surprising reasons why some attendees of the Constitutional Convention refused to endorse the document that would shape our democratic republic.
