Alex used two different colored pens for this piece. He started with a quick pencil sketch. Then he added thin, straight lines over the sketch. Next, he filled in the empty spaces with crosshatching. He added some red scallops and black flourishes to make the name look fancy.

He wrote the names of his family and friends for 100 days. During this time, he developed a unique style that’s all his own.
