This Is How I Use Garlic

Until I learned to cook garlic was an alien ingredient. Now I chop, mince, and grate this stinky flavor bomb into marinara sauce. Sometimes I stuff a roast chicken with it. I love how my kitchen smells when the aromas of garlic, onions and celery meld. Heaven.

Where else can I use garlic? Glad you asked. Add it to a gelato, stir a cocktail with a clove, give beer a bit of a zing, make a spread for a slice of bread, or make a classic aioli. Yummy!
