The vibrant energy of the Tokyo buzzed around Alex as he leaned into the foods and snacks of the city. He enjoyed sushi served via a clanking conveyer belt, munched on potato chips flavored like corn chowder and was delighted by onigiri, rice triangles stuffed with salmon or pickled plum and wrapped in seaweed. Alex’s next culinary adventure was always around the corner during this birthday celebration.
